I am All For A Little Nip Tuck Here, And An Implant There, But To Completely Change Species Is Just Out Of Line. From The Neck Down Lil Kim Looks Great, The Butt And Breast Implants Was Money Well Spent. Lets Just All Take A Minute To Remember The Lil Kim Head Circa 1999........
OMG....she looks like a different person. I personally thought there was nothing wrong with lil kim aside from her monstorous nose. She has clearly gone too far however she does look much better now that she underwent reconstructive surgery because she had a botched job. Her face appears a bit weird in this pic because of the airbrushing because ive seen her on TV recently and she didnt look this tweeked. I actually like the last picture of her face and the cover. She is looking much better in my opinion. Now she needs to make the game interesting and give Nicki some competition bc that would make the rap game fun.
